"If you really want to be creative, then there is no question of money, success, prestige, respectability - then you enjoy your activity, then each act has an intrinsic value. You dance because you like dancing, you dance because you delight in it."

"The expert, the knowledgeable, the intellectual, has no insight of his own. He depends on borrowed knowledge, on tradition, on convention. He carries libraries in his head, a great burden, but he has no vision."

"The creative person has to dissolve all should and should nots. He needs freedom and space, vast space, he needs the whole sky and all the stars, only then can his innermost spontaneity start growing again."

Despite the fact that you are a great artist and that I admire your works awsomness, I ussualy come here to find some spiritual feedback/reference, as a fellow artist in the search of the great mistery of life.

And since you are talking about creativity I tell you that I´ve found great insights on the works and filosophy of the great artist Alejandro Jodorowsky. Are you familiar with his stuff? I mencion it since I´ll be forever greatfull cause I found about Robert Anton Wilson on this blog.

Anyways, cheers.

Wow. Thank you for this.Just the kind of thing i wanted to hear without knowing it.

To use a pop-culture reference, in "fight club", there's something said about material belongings: "things you possess possesses you" or something like that.

It can also be true on an ideological/intellectual level.

I have been a fan for years and years. However, I have to admit that this blog always levies its greatest impact with a combination of your vision partnered with words of thought.
